Ewan makes it possible to invite multiple individuals to use the product. Each individual can be assigned a role, which determines the level of access they have to the product.

Additional team members can only be invited on the business subscription plan.

Inviting additional users

Additional users can be invited by clicking the "Team" option from the sidebar. Click the "Invite user" button:

User roles

There are two types of user role:

  • Account administrator - has the ability to add/remove users.
  • Regular user - no ability to add/remove users.
