📝 Managing documents

Documents created in Ewan are stored in our secure cloud store. You can manage your documents in the "My documents" section.

Archiving documents

Documents that you no longer need can be archived. This will remove them from your visible list of documents, but they will still be available in the "Archived" folder.

To archive a document, click the "..." button next to the document and select "Archive".

Deleting documents

To delete a document, click the "..." button next to the document and select "Delete".

Renaming documents

Documents can be renamed by clicking the "..." button next to the document and selecting "Rename".

Moving documents

Documents can be moved between folders by clicking the "..." button next to the document and selecting "Move".

Uploading documents

To upload a document, click the "Upload" button in the top right corner of the "My documents" section.
